Polar Bear Plunge!

My crazy husband and a few of his friends thought it would be fun to start a polar bear plunge tradition in our new pool. The pool process has been a slow and painful one, but we are finally nearing the end. We started filling up the pool with water yesterday afternoon just in time for us to have friends over. The water was not very deep since we had just started filling the pool, but they managed to make it work. Everyone was a good sport and participated by fulling submerging themselves in the freezing water. Afterwards, they all ran inside and jumped in our bathtub to warm up in warmer water. I think they are already looking forward to next year's plunge!
